Merchandise purchased on Oasisrelief.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the life-improving benefits of your Oasis Muscle Relief System, we’ll happy provide you with a full refund or exchange the product for another one. We’ll even cover the return shipping costs. Simply contact Oasis Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your experience. You'll receive a pre-addressed return label that you can use to ship your product back to us.
Returns must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. Merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days.
All orders purchased on Oasisrelief.com are shipped via [USPS Priority].
FREE Shipping on all orders $75 and up.
Shipping is available to physical addresses within the continental US, as well as to Alaska and Hawaii. Oasisrelief.com does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Sorry, we do not currently ship internationally or to US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia).
Orders are shipped from our facility in St. Louis, MO. Most Orders received before 12 pm Central Standard Time (CST), will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email, including tracking information.
